Several pools will be available initially, though these are not all official (i.e. run by Veil). You can find info on hosts through this thread or on Discord about other pools.
What pools will those be? I've gone through the Discord and it's never said. Someone even asked what other pools besides supernova and it was not answered. I've heard through the rumor mill that supernova was promised to be the only pool at launch. If that's the case, be upfront and let everyone know you support a centralized network, otherwise release the code so other pools can join in at launch.
50% is still too high for the dev fund (call it what you will, it's funding development).
