If nothing extraordinary happens on the market, the bull run can start this winter already. I suppose the future Ethereum fork might affect the growth of not only ETH but the other altcoins as well.

Yeah if there is no big thing coming, maybe we should be patient and wait longer because there is nothing that will make demand rise dramatically without big things coming, unless there is manipulation, hope there is good news and big things come in the next year
