when this project will work in a full swing? and When land acquisition will be started? is there any tentative location regarding this issue?

The project will be fully operational in August 2019
The acquisition of land will begin in February 2019, if everything goes according to plan and if the soft cap is reached, otherwise the ICO stage will have to be extended a little more to reach the goal of funds raised.
