If ETH would drop 35% then tokens using it's network would also lose a mere 35% of it's value because all of them are traded against ETH, whether it is on DEX or Centralized exchanges, bitcoin is a different case, bitcoin sets the tempo for the whole market so it would remain above ETH in that example.
