Well, it seems that that must have happened on more than one occasion, since as seen in the above posts, you seem to have forgotten having plagiarized on quite a few occasions, to the point of having your alter-ego kicking-in unconsciously in English and then not being able to remember a thing about it.

While in common law, being drunk normally acts in defence of one, and may get your sentence reduced, this forum is tougher and discards it as a means to reduce the penalty. Quite a heavy hand, but more to my likes than common law in relation to alcohol and sentence reduction.
