That's not accurate, TourCoin does not presently have a business registration however negotiations are ongoing with parties based in Dubai to obtain a crypto-currency trading licence with
the DMCC which will allow for the tokens to be traded on the commodities market here and allow for credit card facilities to be created to purchase the tokens directly on the exchange.
The tokens themselves represent pre-purchased units of account which can be exchanged at a later date for travel and tourism services provided by 3rd party operators who accept TourCoin
as payment for their services.
No ownership of the company itself (when established) is or will be implied by owning TourCoins, as I understand it this is a legal requirement under US legislation, and offering equity in a
company would require registration with various legal entities. No such registration is being considered by myself at this time.
