Bear and bull markets are cyclical. I think the easiest options in a bear market are one of the following:
- get off and remain in fiat in order to minimize the loss
- don't panic sell and hold until the next bull cycle.

What ee need to understand is that we should not make a drama from bear periods as they are nothing but normal things for a volatile market as crypto.
