This is a really great concept! My only worry would be the lag, if any. How soon after the trader executes an order does his/her followers orders get executed. We all know that in crypto things can be extremely volatile, and spreads between the bid & ask can be very wide. How can the system ensure that a follower, especially a group of followers, will get the same fill prices as the Trader?
