When they will release the card is still a big unknown. They are saying right now the card is in the testing phase but when it will end we don't know.
I would say very very soon considering it was announced yesterday that first batch of customer info was send to the bank for card issueing and that today, just now, people are being asked to supply them with their shipping address.

I am sure that I will receive a card before the New Year. And I do not care who thinks what ..
It is not possible to receive this card before end of current year and there is very smart chance to get a working card even in next year too as they promised on the time of ICO. There is still big confusing about the future of this project.
