There would be no growth in the cryptocurrency rate in 2017 without ICO. Also, without a large amount of fraud in the ICO market, there would not be such a fall in the capitalization of the cryptocurrency market in 2018. When people become more aware of the scammers, and they will be punished for the deception, the market will stabilize and begin to grow again.
