yes, some people cannot celebrate Christmas, because their wealth is kept in the value of BTC, and BTC today is very bad. and selling BTC in bear conditions is not a good decision.
I suggest to each member here, don't focus only to the crypto world, but we also have to have real jobs. as reserve income.
People shouldn't have the vast majority of their finances tied up in Bitcoin. That is not a healthy way to invest your money giving the sheer volatility of the Crypto space right now. It is healthy to keep diversity in your investing. Stocks, shares, commodities etc.
So if you don't have available cash to buy a couple presents for family, then I think that's unhealthy.
