I have a few questions on complaints/rigs. I'm just wondering when we file a ticket in the event of a rented rig being offline.

I have one that is in day 3 of 5, and it has never been online. Do I send a ticket now, or at the end of the rental? Or can you see that he wasn't online automatically and I don't file any ticket? It appears he won't be coming online ever.
