Theoretically, unless Maduro is not compensating anybody for their NEM token purchases, you should be able to get in on the new Petro. Problem is they don't have a downloadable client and in order to use their app you have to submit identity documents like a passport and such... I haven't seen any info about a swap but if I do I'll let you know.
