I see the bounty program still running until 30 December 2018 and hopefully it can expand in introducing the project to everyone so that in the future EOS exchange will be in great demand by traders.

I don't really like too long, generous distributed bounties. It's not good, generally.
at first I had thoughts like you, but after I thought further, bounty participants were needed to support the community and spread the word about the project, and they would support projects that pay them properly and respect their work. besides that not all bounty participants want to sell their tokens cheaply.
