No they will never show any proof because Adab Haraam exchange are scammers.
They are running a 6 month "pre-sales ICO" and then will run a 6 month "ICO".
Sometimes they give 150% binus and sometimes 40% bonus. What a bunch of scammers.

They never provided any evidence of their soft cap. Everybody knows they are lying, they never reached $2m or $3m otherwise they would present their wallet address and smart contract.
You are right this is not a typical ICO, these scammers are running a 6 month "pre-ICO" followed by the actual "ICO" which will last another 6 months.
12 months for an ICO? Unheard of but this is what scammers do.

Seeing "minttop " send a thank you message to "AlexMilton" was very funny because both accounts are operated by Vitali Chebotarov who is pumping the thread along with all these sock-puppet accounts:
