I'm running it without the debug now. It sometimes shows errors like "usb_write_error on avalon_write" and "Avalon: Discarding 11 bytes from buffer" and "AvalonRead: usb read err". After too many of these, the hashrate gradually drops to zero and I have to shutdown, restart and reconnect the device to get it running again. If I simply restart cgminer, it only shows a black window or says "Started cgminer" and does nothing else.
It seems like it can only reset so many times until it locks like that and has to be manually restarted.
Here's the command line I'm running:
cgminer.exe -o stratum+tcp://us1.ghash.io:3333 -u x.208Avalon -p 123 --avalon-options 115200:16:10:D:1500:55 --avalon-auto --avalon-temp 77 --avalon-cutoff 90
