I just rented 2 rigs (half an hour ago).
One shows up in the pool hashing at the announced rate, the other one doesn't show up as active.
I triple checked the pool adress and the worker names and passwords...
Can I somehow contact the rig owner?
It seems like only rig owners can initiate messages between the two parties. Hopefully this gets changed as it would be helpful (as both a renter and a leaser) to send a message like "Hey, your rig is down".
Try to look at his rig page and see if there is any contact information. You can also try searching his username on Google/Bitcointalk and sending a PM if you find something.
