> Since dmdr already demonstrated the 2 top merited in alt discussion were blatant abusers. So what I mean is a table that takes the top earners from each board and removes the real top 200 (overall on all board receivers and their merits given). If that is what dmdrdmdr did then it immediately identified some serious abusers.
What I did to find those two cases, out of interest of how the Altcoin Discussion board was being merited, was to use the
Merit Dashboard:
I first use the "Rankings tab" and filtered by Subsection (unselected All and selected Altcoin Discussion). The middle table on screen will show the most merited profiles on that board (we could narrow it down further by delimiting the dates on the Date Filter). Then, using another Dashboard opened on another tab, I fed the username into the "User Summary" tab (on the right hand side) so as to filter and see the merit TXs for each profile (one by one). You can then click on a given TX and jump to associated the Bitcointalk post or profile.
It takes a while to get the hang of it, but its pretty easy to spot some weird cases using the above procedure. Since the Merit Dashboard is general purpose, I wont really modify it though to remove top x inner awarded merits.
