This might put the seller either be Killed or Kidnapped because he/she will face the family or appear in OTC desk. I will suggest that 150 Million usd worth of bitcoin is pretty much, the services of an escrow will be helpful for security reasons.

Lol. Anyone would tell you not to place an order that big in one exchange. Or even if you're going to buy from an actual person. That's too big and you'd attract attention from a lot of people probably including your government.
