ALSO, I have never approached a crypto exchange or an ICO from Mongolia.
HOWEVER, I met a guy from Mongolia last week that he was going to launch a Mongol exchange by end of this year. (not a scam)
AND ALSO, start an ICO from Mongolia.

It is really the first time in my life when I read in your post about the Mongolian crypto market. Even do not know what to say about it. Of course like in any other country people woyld very glad to be the part of this huge market of cryptocurrency, why not - it is in theory. But in practice how this market works hard to say. It was a real surprise to know something like that.
