I think you are correct, most of the ICO dumped their ethereum and it had taken much effect on the coin but that's not enough reason for you to be worried, Crypto market is full of ups and downs, so you should accept whatever outcome you see.
yes we must be prepared to accept whatever will happen because basically we are only as investors working on ICO projects to help promote their products. Altcoin is almost all hampered by its development and ETH is an important role with the ERC-20 token platform falling in a black hole. we can only wait for the market backflow and not do something rash.
