becouse minexsystems failed to deliver the cards within the date they announced to users before the sale of the cards...they should pay a penalty....
If the cards are ever delivered then they should compensate the MNX holders for the delays, definitely. How that compensation is paid is open to suggestions.

How Minex can deliver card without making issuing contract first ?? It is not possible or legal.
These cards are not branded, valid Minex card,but ordinary bank company card which Minex is desperately pushing forward as a legal,valid one. They did not learn absolutely nothing from previous cases.
Why Minex is constantly using misleadings,disinformations,half-truths and lies to make false impression about payment card situation?
Only after immense pressure and presentation of irrefutable evidences they are starting to say some truth.The moment pressure subside,here we go again,invalid test cards become valid branded cards by pure magic.
Like people who lead Minex really wants to push theirs reputation to absolute zero or they really dont care about it at all.Stop manipulate people,stop lying. When you make valid payment card issuing contract,make announcement.Then finish all needed regulations and when first batch of
branded,valid cards come ,make some pictures to prove it,test your software,etc.
People should be extremely cautious,because VISA or Mastercard can block such invalid cards any time due to serious violations of regulations and freeze funds on theirs card accounts.
