How would you know they not have a valid contract, right you don't. You only make conclusions based on your own flawed thinking and lack of knowledge about the subject.

Signature only tells both parties worked out all the details for the card issuance. After its signed the bank can issue cards very quickly.
Remember that existing  minexpay wallet is a solution that can be basically be attached to any card from any issuer. It's not like they have to build in interface specific to the bank from stratch.

Branded or unbranded, it doesn't matter. It doesn't make the card less valid. Branding is just putting a own design on a card. It's not a requirement. Ultimately all crypto cards are normal bank cards. There is nothing invalid to it.
