I have seen multiple buildings with the same style with cars parked outside (having MD registration which stands for Moldova)
Their website domain is ".md"
There is another company which makes glass partitions called ErgoGlass (http://www.ergoglass.md/en/products/glass-construction/glass-partition) you can find a similar/if not the same office. They are also from Moldova.
