It has happened before now and we should expect even more in future.  I trust in cryptocurrencies market and I did not lose hope on bitcoin and blockchain technology.  In the past, about five years ago bitcoin fallen from it pick like this and it was downed for many years before we can see another bull run that happened in 2017.
