On your site you state that one of your core values is transparency - yet you don't put pictures up of your team? Or even real names?
So are you going to show your "team" & their real names or not?
Your comment and suggestion was already raised to the web developer and the team on December 5th.
Frankly, it is up to each team member how much personal information they are willing to share - and for the web developer to update it in a timely manner.
