This is a component of a comprehensive new set of recovery procedures which will be fully rolled out in the very near future (before the end of the year). This will allow recoveries to move forward at a reasonable pace again.
As far as I remember well, pooya87 is on a 7 day cool down period after an email change (after the hack), so if the admins will help him to get his account back soon, and the next round will be a double (because DarkStar_ deserverd a great holiday), well in this case pooya87 will have the chance to just continue to post with his original account. I'm sure that as soon as the account will be taken back, all the DTs would remove the tag. Anyway, DarkStar_ will decide, he should be aware of the story by now.
