look at current market price, ethereum is like shitcoin right now. but maybe in the next year ethereum will become king of altcoin again , because on January 2019 ethereum will make their hard fork called constantinople hard fork. so it's not wrong to buy some ethereum now.
But we all know that Ethereum is not a shitcoin, but with the market getting worst everyday its really sad to see the price below $100 and no one has thought that we will experience this so much dump along the way. There are reports that ETH might do a fork to save the price, so we will see what happens next.
