Your contribution indicates that yourself and most others are not well-informed about the cyptocurrency industry. The truth is that every currency even the strongest of the likes of (dollars, Pounds, etc) often go through slippery slope sometimes before bouncing back. My take is that the bitcoin has not even gone that low to justify the perceived panic.
I would advice anybody to invest in the coin NOW to take maximum benefits when the value increases which would start any moment soon.
