He deposited played and won, how is this a cheat?

Is he accused of manipulating the gaming software?

I dont if the OP attempt to cheat on the sportsbetting site but one thing I'm sure of is that sport bet have some certain rules and regulation which their users ought to follow or else it will cause them their account. Besides, signing up or signing on 2 account with the same address or using of vpn and not follow the betting rules either.
OP, are you guilty of all this?
