You are right, it is clear there are a "bunch" of people pumping the thread but what you might now know is that the Kazakh "owners" of this scam are collaborating with Russian/Ukrainian bounty scammer Vitali Chebotarov who uses many sock-puppets to pump threads including this one.
Thankfully the OP sock-puppet account got permanently banned. Just look at the same fake accounts that have been pumping this thread from the first page until now - all operated by Russian/Ukrainian bounty scammer Vitali Chebotarov
