Can you explain how we can invest in this? No info in whitepaper about an ico, I`ve read something about a sto similar to polymath?

They are only doing a private sale and 100 eth was minimum to attend. Also they did make a sale on ethfinex minimum was 25 eth but i am not sure it end or carrying on. It is similar to polymath but offering way better features.

They probably already had the approval of some private investors and could estimate that it would be enough to ensure the project execution.

I was wondering if anyone knows if they already finished their private sale. Does anyone know? I couldn't find many information about their sale, like when it's going to end and how much they already raised. That's something that they should make clearer for everyone. Transparancy is the key!
