Quite strange to say this. Junior members have been demoted to newbie rank because theymos set new merit requirement. I don't remember anyone saying anything about big forum cleanup and it definitely wouldn't explain why someone who posted last time on August 25. received stakes for September and October:

IC team allowed even newbie rank to join, and their main requirement, was that they wear the signature. Post count was not mandatory.
