I dont understand why FortFC decided that it will manage to collect the hard cap even in case of pessimistic forecast
The market is in a sad state now, its unlikely that theyll manage to do it.
They dont say that they will certainly raise the hard cap during this ICO. It means that the total trading volume of FFCT tokens may reach 25 million Euros in five years. And this is a pessimistic forecast.
There should be arguments for such forecasts. Dos FortFC have them?
