That would pertain to the developer of a project dont you think? For the rest of the people it has nothing to do. Those who did their work in creating a the project do deserve that portion of the tokens and would sell them when they want.

I am reading that in this bear market, many whales buying bitcoin and others altcoin with large amount. Only people or institution with large amount capital can gain in this bear market because when market start recover, they will have a big profits. Its not profitable to sell our coin in this bear market and panic, its better to hold our coin
What you have read may or may not be fully correct. There are biased news and paid news in different sites at the moment which are associated with creating a false demand and supply in the market which actually does not exist. While you can take advantage of the situation its better to stay calm.
