I was looking over ebay PSA graded black minis and I saw a few 10's for regular players, so I think you are correct.
Yeah, I went straight to the source with the most current numbers, and the numbers don't lie. Approximately 69% of the 9 graded cryptocurrency black mini cards should be PSA10. It's a mystery wrapped in a riddle inside a baseball card.

It may still get a PSA8 or PSA9. And if no cryptocurrency cards receive a PSA10, then the PSA9 is the best of the best! Grade that sweet 83!
