You'll get more positive response if you posted your inquiry on a job hunting/freelancing site such as upwork. I know you will have the right set of people there and at least you can pick who you want to be part of your team. Right now there are no newbies posting in your thread but it is only a matter of time where they will post their pitches here all together with their telegram or email accounts. I also highly recommend you not to try to approach this people as they are not trusted persons here in the community.
