This might be off-topic but I just want to understand why maybe i'm doing something wrong. 
Whenever I quote a person's post in a reply, it gets deleted and there are no rules that states this section's guidelines.
You are not wrong, you do what you know is natural. for example: you go to the market to buy something and then there is a bargain, why don't you buy it and the one that sells doesn't sell, the answer: surely your money is not enough for the item to be brought home so you go home empty handed.Whenever I quote a person's post in a reply, it gets deleted and there are no rules that states this section's guidelines.
Off-topic replies have become a big problem. From now on, I will be deleting such replies without notice, forum-wide. If your replies disappear, this is probably why.
All replies must respond to the topic's original post in some way, even if they are replying to an on-topic reply. If your reply has nothing to do with the topic post, either add some content that is relevant or create a new topic.

mod and admin have also experienced similar things about deleted answers, so that in the future, try to make sure that every answer is not erased and give a good and professional answer or topic.
