Quoting a post is not the cause for post deletion, unless you’ve quoted rather large posts, and added very little value to them. In that case, rule number one may apply to your posts:
If you consider that is not the case, you could search through your drafts (https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=drafts) to retrieve a draft of the deleted post and show us exactly what was deleted, for a better grip on your issue.
