There are many bounty platform has been arise in the forum, such as bounty guru,

https://zwoop.bountize.me/accounts/login/?next=/en/campaigns/bct/ those are the sites that are good I think for the bounty hunters to choose
on which of them they are going to hunt an ico campaign.
but unfortunately , the automation in that platform make people cheat the projects.usually social media campaign member could be full only in hours and offcourse it will make our reward worthless.
