It's probably the sign but still it doesn't count as bulls in my opinion, still there is no significant price movement we see this day.. Even though it already surpassed $100 for now but hey its better than nothing.
We need to wait a bit more to see how this week is closed. After that it will be confirmed, if the bull run is back on or it is just a temporary pump.
Also the bitcoin movement will be less as we are approaching the last week of December where most people are on holidays.
