Additional Notes: This bounty manager taking stakes for almost all campaign. For example https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4542133.0 project on facebook campaign he took 3000 stakes,For twitter: 3000 stakes,For signature 1500 stakes and for blog 5 stakes. Though s/he has not taken any part of those campaign. I asked about it on telegram but s/he told it is for bounty management. Though I have not seen on their bounty that manager will take stakes. When I asked about it s/he stopped responding. Which you can see on PM chat log.
