i dont think we need a bull run before it hits $10K. stable and solid growth is better. after moving to $10K to in february end 2019 it can start the bull run. then it will be $40K to $50K or more.. because huge news is coming in 2019 and BTC price will surely pass $20K easily. i can see some guys are still expecting $1500 and posting in media. thats because they want to buy more cheap. BTC will not hit $3000 again.
