No. It will be difficult for you to earn 1 bitcoin in 1 year through bounties because not all bounty campaign will give you huge rewards, and as of now there are a lot of failed projects so it will take long time for you to earn 1 bitcoin.
Well, if it's in 2017, I don't think it's difficult. however, nowadays it is very difficult to produce 1 bitcoin from a bounty. well, maybe some people can do it, but I feel it's quite difficult. I just hope that in the future it can be a little easier.
