I want to clarify about masternode owners lottery to participate in next one. Is it the 100s owner or is it random masternode address among all the 100 masternodes?
a random one I guess. Theey said a random one.
The winner is chosen as one of 100 masternode holders randomly. The next lottery will imply the same arrangement, but one of 150 holders, as soon as we reach this number of participants.
