We are glad to inform you that the management and lawyers of Cross Coin and Starta Accelerator have completed the formal procedures for the FriendlyData, Inc  deal.
 Cross Coin expects the funds to be credited within the next week, after which they will be converted and the STA tokens buyback #3 started. The volume of Cross Coin funds in the transaction is 140,000 USD. As always, the team will immediately report on each step and the parameters of the STA tokens buyback #3.

Regarding  CND tokens: we will postpone the conversion and STA tokens buyback #2.02 until the price of CND tokens returns to the levels corresponding to the expectations of our management and analysts.
