People from Minex keep avoiding legal procedures all the time.You cant just avoid procedures and regulation and bend it to your own will as you want.
First ,to open bank account in Ukraine,non-resident(foreigner) has to give bank his/her address in Ukraine and Ukrainian phone number.Then his/her has to signature bank account card and forms for getting bank debit or credit card.
Minex customers who are not from Ukraine cant get cards legally if they have not at least a temporary residence in Ukraine.They have to travel to Ukraine,get temporary residence permit and personally signed contract/agreement with bank.Minex cant do it remotely for them. Only way to Minex do it is to present its customers as theirs employees and give falsified proofs of residence and contact phone number.
Also Minex or anybody else cant send foreign curency to non-resident accounts,only ukranian Hryvna.
As I said Minex makes serious violations of VISA and Mastercard procedures and regulations by trying to issue bank cards as their own to its customers.It is forbidden to issue third partie cards to your own customers. You cant use/load your customer cards issued by other companies or banks.Only your own.Others crypto companies will gladly do the same if it was legal.Iam sure they would not spent 8-10 months to fullfill all these "stupid" procedures and regulations.But,Minex is smarter than all of them,it can fool VISA and Mastercard as they want. Well,Minex is not smarter than other companies which followed procedures,but is far more arrogant and enough stupid to believe thay can outsmart card issuers.It will inevitable lead to cancelling these cards and freezing of funds ot its accounts. You can curse and attack me as much as you want ,but it will happen.After Wavecrest, both,VISA and Mastercard tighten regulations so much and there is no doubt Minex will be sanctioned for theirs illegal activities about card issuing.

You make valid points and yet again people that are not part of the company are replying to your concerns.
I see recent development on Minexpay/Minexsystem/Minexcoin therefore I hope they have turned a corner and they are going to release cards "soon" but I have no faith in Republia whatsoever even though the teams are almost identical as far as ideology and core protagonists are concerned but Minexpay/Minexsystem/Minexcoin seems to show progress so I am willing to give them the benefit of the doubt for a few weeks at least. During that time I will continue to ask questions and read their replies.
There are still massive red flags surrounding Minexpay/Minexsystem/Minexcoin so it does not help when people who are not official representatives keep replying here. Yes in some instances it might make sense for them to reply to direct questions but when strong evidence or concerns are put forward (such as your post above) it must be addressed by official team members.
Minexcoin is not scam project. There are so many gaps in project and developers are lazy. Hope it will be ok in future.
