Can somebody shed some light for I am flabbergasted.
I contacted Cryptsy asking them for the criteria in order to put us on the list. This is the reply I received: Sorry for legal reasons we will not be adding this coin. BitJohn

I replied with the request to clarify the legal reason part. So far no answer.
In what differs Kudos from the other coins in order to pose legal issues?
The only conclusion I can draw is that Kudos is started by someone working at Cryptsy?
