Just to let users here know (again) that I have several propaganda spreading fools on IGNORE so if you see posts that I have not replied to or am not replying to then it is probably because I cannot read their posts as I find whatever they post to be nonsense especially from paid trolls.
Looking in to this a little more it seems Minexpay/Minexsystem/Minexcoin are using an existing card supplier for all the work. Even to top up it will take place using the card issuer system so what exactly is Minexpay doing?

Minex is doing exactly what I was described in mine previous posts - illegally using other issuer cards as their owns which is strictly forbidden by VISA/Mastercard.
Obviously they are so self-confident that they can outsmart card issuers,so they are pushing these non-branded cards no matter it is not allowed.
They think how other companies which followed laws and regulations and issued branded cards are stupid.
It is just one last sign that Minex went rogue and not care any more for laws and regulations.
Unfortunately for users,it will end badly for them when Mastercard cancel cards and freeze accounts.That is reason why Minex is hiding real card issuer.Top secret, 007 cards
. People are pushing to use cards without knowing who is real card issuer, card fees,limits ... That sounds very serious. It maybe a case of Mastercard shutting those cards down but what will happen to the balance of end users on those cards?
Maybe if an official from the Minex team can shed some light on this things might become clearer. Have they actually named the bank/card issuer they claim to have a deal with?
They are keeping everything about these invalid non-branded cards so secretive in a hope that Mastercard wont cancel them if they dont publish which these cards really are.
It is so childish and stupid. It is clear that there are not at one reason to keep it secret if everything is legal.Just look at other companies which flood crypto community with informations when they get a license for theirs branded cards.
Minex is giving some cards which we do not know who the card issuer is , what fees these cards have, what limits, is it nominated in USD or EUR or CHF - no informations at all, everything is keeping mark as top secret,Boris eyes only( and maybe Temhuk,but Iam not sure in it).
Maybe it is Santa Clause special card edition - valid only during Christmas
Legal issues has been number priority for boris and this is the project of "his life" as been said by peter,so he won't even try to manipulate things when he knows the repercussion.
