I don't think the stock market crashing will make a huge impact on crypto. People will just start buying more bonds, and gold. Cryptocurrency still has a long way to go in order to be adopted, and as a speculative asset, it can be dangerous. People need to focus more on technology and building blockchains that work and can function at a high level instead of rent-seeking.
technology is what makes the crypto so fast to be adopted. its unlike the 2001 anymore. crypto is a whole new level.
All what we need is bull run, and the bull run have started already. If the crash in stock market will bring bull run in cryptocurrency markert, we will still be happy to have black Friday this christmas.

The stock market crashing is the number 1 sign of a crypto bull run, it's coming!!! look at the short altcoins boom, and also because people are running away from stocks right now!! this is a good sign that the sec will approve the ETF and bakkt will be launched, to drive BTC to a massive ATH.
Think about it guys, why would they launch ETF and bakkt in a bear market? why SEC keeps delaying etf when they can just reject it straightaway? they know it will have no effect on the price when the market is still bearish and no 1 is buying btc, now with this stock market crash will be perfect time for them to launch!! expect btc to go to at least 50K!!
i dont think btc will even shoot past 20k in a bear market even with an ETF if sec was to approve it back then. The market has to be bullish first!

the money from stocks have to go somewhere. stocks (which is pumped by useless fiat money) and crypto is a different type of asset class.
The stocks going down is not always an indication that bull run is coming. The stocks are down some time now, even if bull run starts how can we say that this is due to stick market crash if it's going on for so long? Both markets are down for a while now.
